First there was me and my husband, and then there were two wonderful sons. And then there was a new baby coming! One day, we walked into a restaurant, and the waitress asked how many? I said, table for four, please. Then I turned to my husband and said, when the baby comes, we'll need to ask for a table for five. And the rest, as they say, is history. Forgive me if I seem a little out of it this morning. Kaitlyn was up until 1:00 am. She didn’t want to lay down, sit up, cuddle, rock, watch TV, drink a bottle, or do much of anything besides whine. And puke. Stupid Amoxicillin.
Hey, hows about a cute photo? After seeing this photo of Miss Zoot’s daughter NikkiZ, I was determined to get a ponytail into Kaitlyn’s hair. Thanks to the teeniest ponytail holders available at Target, I successfully turned my daughter into the littlest Who in Whoville-Kaitlyn Lou Who:

Yes, I know the ponytail is off-center. It’s not because she sleeps on her side, because she doesn’t, but all of her hair grows on the left side of her head. Maybe the left side of her brain is bigger and she’ll be logical and analytical when she grows up.
So now that I’ve softened you up with cute baby photos, I have to tell you something. We are changing our Internet provider AGAIN. Since we’re giving up the sucky satellite dish and going back to Comcast Digital Cable (they are an EVIL CONGLOMERATE, I know, but their signal always works! No more climbing on the roof in a snowstorm to shovel snow off the dish!), we’re taking advantage of 6 megs of lightning-fast high speed Internet for only $33 a month. The signal we get with SBC DSL? 1.6 megs. I’m hoping that the first time I log in to the new service, the connection is so fast that my hair blows straight back.
I will now have to begin the laborious process of changing my email addresses with absolutely EVERYBODY. What I think I’ll do is take advantage of the 2500 email addresses that BlueHost gave me when I bought my domain. Yes, 2500. They think I’m a Corporate Headquarters or something. Anybody want an anonymous email address that ends in table4five.net? Because I can totally hook you up.
Okay, one more photo. Now that I have this huge 42 inch TV, I might as well see what various hotties look like in high def resolution. I don’t even watch Grey’s Anatomy, but I know a lot of people do, so I snapped this photo for you McDreamy lovers:

CUTE Ponytail! You never forget the first one you put in. With our oldest, it was over 2 years old. With our third, it was about two minutes (lots of hair!).
I’m so bummed at the McDreamy photo. Do you know what the Canadian TV network that airs this show did to me? They aired this season’s SECOND episode instead of the premier. Not the premier, the second! Of course, I PVRed it and now have to wait until they air the premier - because I’m that anal about this show.(That didn’t sound good.))

I can not believe you don’t watch Grey’s! It is probably my very favorite show ever. I don’t think McDreamy is so cute, but I love love love George (not that you necessarily know who that is since you don’t watch). Your new tv is great though! Very cool!
We’re having to switch over our email addresses, too. TWC bought out Adelphia in our area, and the bastards are telling us we need to switch our email addresses. Again. Ugh. So I feel your pain.

K’s ponytail is darling - does she leave it alone? CJ will hardly let me put her hair into one, let alone leave it be.
McDreamy doesn’t do it for me (sorry!) but that is one cute ponytail. I’m laughing thinking about the Internet literally blowing you away with its speed. We’ve got Comcast Digital too, but (alas) it hasn’t done anything amazing.
Then again, maybe I’m just spoiled. I didn’t care if we ever got rid of our dial-up, but now asking me to go back to that is like handing me a checkbook and an abacus.

Yes…McDreamy is still a hottie, but he’s almost worn out his welcome for me. Chris What’s-his-name is such a welcome respite from the “does-he-or-doesn’t-he-love-me” conundrum. And he loves animals. The end.
If I don’t cut my boys hair soon, I’m going to have to start doing the ponytail thing myself……..
I love little off-centered ponytails. I used to do those for Julia when she was that age…I called them ’sprigs’.
