I especially loved my George Foreman Grill. The first one I owned was only big enough to cook two hamburger patties, which was fine when it was just Chris and I. When the boys started needing their OWN hamburgers at dinner, we had to upgrade. So for Christmas a few years ago, my Dad bought us the Extra-Large George Foreman grill. Which unfortunately stopped working last year, no doubt due to the fact that I used it ALL the time, to make everything from burgers to grilled cheese.
Now I need a new one, and a great place to start is an online cookware guide, such as George Foreman Grills, a site that also has information on Coffee Machines, Microwave Ovens, Smoothie Makers, Slow Cookers and other kinds of counter top appliances. There are so many options in appliances, so it’s helpful to have an online guide to use to compare brands and features. I’ve personally got my eye on the “Next Grilleration’ Health Grill”, which has removeable plates for easier cleaning. I used to hoist my old grill up into the sink to scrub off stuck-on cheese, which may have led to it’s early demise.
Next up for me-a new toaster that actually TOASTS the bread on BOTH sides. I know, I live an exciting life

The George Foreman grills are quite popular over here in England as well.
I’ll have to check that site out. I just sold ALL of my small appliances except my mixer. I’ll be starting over.
