		<description>I love shows like Heroes because they keep it suspenseful by confusing the hell out of you which makes you demand answers and come back the next week for more.

While Heroes does a good job of this, I think I like LOST even more... I feel like I&#039;m more lost watching the show than the people on it.</description>

Today after our company workshop, the trainer wanted to give me a bunch of stuff - a little card in a plastic case, a printed poker chip!, and a desk plaque to remind me about the valuable concepts I had learned in the workshop.

Before thinking, (as usual) I said &quot;Oh, no thanks, I am trying to de-crappify my life.&quot; Thus implying that what he was offering was crap (which it was) but still, I shoulda been a little nicer.</description>
