And so it begins…
I figure I’ll just take all the sponsored post jobs and knock them off one by one, and of course I have to put a non-sponsored post in between, so that means SIXTEEN POSTS, my dear readers. I really hope I don’t crash Bloglines or something. This first one is brought to you by Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak, a law firm that specializes in representating invididuals and railroad workers injured in railroad accidents. I had no idea that railroad accidents needed their own special lawyers!
I also didn’t know that according to the Federal Highway Administration, there is a railroad accident every TWO HOURS in the United States! And um, I am taking a TRAIN to Chicago next summer. So I really didn’t need to know that. Reasons for railroad accidents are pretty straight-forward and include:
* A collision with another train
* Derailment
* A collision with a car or bus
* Mechanical failure
* Inadequate security
* Dated and unsuitably maintained tracks
* Conductor negligence
So, um, yeah. Amtrak? I’m just letting you know now, if anything happens to me either going to or coming home from Chicago, my husband is hiring YJB Law to represent him and SUING YOUR ASS. I’d suggest you start walking the tracks between Battle Creek and Chicago NOW, checking for any kind of problems. Got it?

I have to say that I didn’t realize this was a paid post sweetie. It really just seems like you’re mentioning your train trip to BlogHer!
I kind of like this post.
I wish they had a train that ran from here to Chicago. I don’t want to drive my car. I’m going to see if Karen will swing by on her way down from Canada and pick me up. Hehehehe
Dana- Sometimes I get lucky on the paid post topic. I just couldn’t figure out a way to work San Diego web design or Washington D.C. cosmetic surgery into the conversation, which is why those last two posts seemed so out of place.
You’ve changed your mind about driving to BlogHer? If I hadn’t already paid for my train ticket, I would offer to meet up with you somewhere so you don’t have to drive the whole way alone! It would be so cool if you could hook up with Karen
