The procedure is called follicular grafting, and if skin grafting means taking pieces of skin from other places on the body and grafting them onto sites where skin has been lost such as a burn, then it seems like follicular grafting means they take entire sections of hair follicles from other places on your head and transplant them in the bald places. That has got to be painful!
