The end is in sight, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, choose your metaphor and that’s where I am. And it is such a relief. It’s become blatantly obvious that I am going to have to politely decline to continuing working for one of the paying-me-to-blog companies I write for, their keywords and URLs are just too bizarre for a parenting blog. And I’ve scaled way back on the number of assignments I am taking from another company. Yes, it’s nice to see my PayPal account growing, but not at the expense of feeling exhausted and overwhelmed all the time.
Remember when I told you I won that caption contest? The check actually came in the mail, just like the lady I spoke with said it would. An actual, cashable check for $200.00. Woo hoo! Now I just need a really great deal on a flight to San Jose next month. I’ll check sidestep.com, anyone have any other recommendations for cheap, reliable plane tickets?

I actually use travelocity a lot because I haven’t found any other place except on the off chance that the actual airline has a discount somewhere.
