		<description>What are you doing to stay active?  Do you go on power walks, bike rides or jogs in your daily routine? If not try it. Go for a power walk with your husband every night after dinner.  Go on bike rides. 

Stay away from sodas even diet sodas.  Weight watchers helps but if you eat to much of weight watchers products it will help your gain weight.  Try cutting your food intake down by 5%.  

Experiment with foods, liquids and exercise and you will find a routine that best fits your bodies needs
