Biotene toothpaste review

About seven years ago, I was taking a medication with an unpleasant side effect-it gave me really bad dry mouth. Like, it felt like I had no saliva at all. I was working a customer service job and had to talk to people for hours at a time, with my mouth feeling more and more dry as time went on. The only relief I could get was to keep a cup of water under the counter and sip from it as much as possible, which had another side effect-I had to go to the bathroom constantly!

I wish I had known about a product like Biotene, which is a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, for cavity protection, and for the relief of dry mouth, all in one. I got a free sample in the mail, and while I am not having any problems with dry mouth or sensitive teeth at the moment, it’s something I like to keep on hand. Because if you’ve ever suddenly had a tooth go sensitive on you, you know how painful it is and how much you just want something to sooth the pain.

Biotene uses potassium nitrate, the most effective active ingredient against tooth sensitivity, and a patented Enzyme LP3 Complexâ„¢, which inhibits harmful bacterial growth. Biotene is a one-of-a-kind sensitive toothpaste that builds increasing protection against tooth sensitivity while the natural enzymes promote healing of bleeding gums and irritation caused by dry mouth. It tastes good too, with Xylitol as the sweetener, and it doesn’t just mask problems, it heals them. It’s a good thing to keep on hand just in case. And here’s a photo of me with my sample!
