I’m spreading the word about a new site called SearchWorm.com – Search and Win, where you do just that-search the Internet, and you can win! Current prizes include a $25.00 Amazon Gift Card, a $15.00 iTunes card, or an “almost crisp” $2.00 bill (they still make those??). Besides just searching, you can also register for the site, create a desktop, start a blog, post videos and add contacts, and then all of those things are searchable as well (but I don’t know if you win for searching the blogs or videos).
There’s also a World News tab that lets you search CNN.com, Yahoo!, and Sports Illustrated.com. Which I suppose is helpful if you are already on the site searching for that video where Christopher Walken talks about needing “more cowbell”. And winning stuff just for searching is pretty cool, so check it out!
