Look what I signed up to do. Because I figure with four blogs plus my PreciousMoms page, I’ll be blogging every day anyway, right? At least, that’s the idea.
Still no resolution to the Wordpress upgrade/no categories situation. I won’t have time to work on it today because Chris’ sister and her family are coming up this afternoon so we can have our Christmas together, and I have to clean and start some cooking. So for now it’s just on hold.
Speaking of resolutions, you can still join the New Year’s Resolution Blogroll. Thank you Val for making us this cute button to use on our sidebars:
And Mary for making this one (you can choose, it's okay if you don't pick the one with my URL on it as long as it links back to me):

Please right-click and save the image you choose to your own computer, and I’d appreciate you making it link back to this blog. I will definitely get the blogroll up in a tab at the top, I have to move some things around. But now I have to get off the computer because my husband is glaring at me. Happy 2008 everybody!
Edited to add: To put the badge on your sidebar and make it link back, you just need to add a line of anchor text above the image code. Email me if you need the code ![]()

Hello and welcome to Table for Five! I'm Elizabeth, and this blog started in September 2005 as a way for me to participate in the Mommy Blogging community. I'm married with three terrific kids-boys ages 11 and 9 and a 2 year old daughter. Things I love include my family, coffee, Diet Coke, TV, reading, and Target.
Please contact me at table4five AT gmail DOT com if you would like to discuss anything I've posted here, place a text or button ad, send me a product to review, or provide a guest post. Thank you for stopping by!
Okay, because I am so techno challenged, you’ll have to explain to me how to make the badge link back if you don’t mind. It’s times like these that I wish I knew what I was doing!
Typical for an upgrade to produce that sort of reaction. Losing all those categories must have been awful
*clutching my chest* you lost all your categories?
I’m so happy you didn’t lose your entire blog now that would have been the worse ever in life. i hope you’re able to get things back in order.
i have a question, how does this 365 blog thing work? are we supposed to blog on their site or our own. sorry if this is a stoopit question
I don’t know if you saw my badge, but I made a comment on the resolution post yesterday with a link to one I made too

I can help you with linking the image if you want, just tell me what you want to link to (the new year’s resolution post or your main blog) and I’ll write a post explaining how to link.
When I first started blogging five years ago, I never skipped a day. Heck, I’d freak out if I went more than a couple of hours without checking my email, and I can’t tell you how many times VH found me sitting at the computer in the middle of the night because I decided to write a quick entry on my way back from the bathroom. The only times I didn’t blog daily (if not several times per day) were due to power outages.
I began hating my blog with a passion you cannot imagine.
That’s since changed in part because, come Friday night, I shut down my laptop and hardly look at it over the weekend. I get some time off to think up new stuff, some time to let my eyes refocus, and a chance to actually go out and do things that I can later write about.
I *heart* blogging again.
Just thought I’d share that with you, because a 365-day commitment means you do NOT have any days like that at all.
Oy - Bossy doesn’t do anything for 365 days, except maybe complain. Anyway, Happy New Year!
I also joined Blog365! One down, 364 to go. I love the resolution blogroll too! I need the encouragement!!
Yeah 365–good luck and I am looking forward to peeking in…I could really use some tech help.
Every day? Yikes - good luck with that.
And what a bummer on the categories - at least it wasn’t your whole blog, now THAT would be a catastrophe!
YAY! I finally got the resolution badge to work in my sidebar AND it links back to your home page! Thanks for your help Elizabeth.
Wow! Blogging 365! Good luck! I’ll be here as often as I can to cheer you on!!!
And I’d love to know how to link the button back.
I’m off to write my NYRP now.

Wow, Blogging 365…I have read about this challenge. Sounds interesting, but I can’t imagine that I would have that many interesting things to say! Good luck with it!

Do you want the graphic linking back to your homepage or the NYRB page? Right now I have it linking to your homepage.

I can’t believe you signed up for 365! I had considered doing it, but seeing as my first post in 2008 was jan 3, I didn’t make it on the wagon to fall off
