Making lemonade from lemons

Author: Elizabeth

February 2008 will be remembered as the month that completely kicked my butt, but I’m trying to look for the positive. Rather than post a bunch of whining about how I’m still sick and now my husband is sick and blah blah blah, I’m going to post about good things, happy things. Like this:

I’ve joined Posh Mama, and I want you to join too! Posh Mama is an online magazine and social network exclusively for women from all around the world. The network is a supportive, interactive, and highly engaged community of Posh Mamas who share information on fashion, beauty, style, home interiors, art, book reviews, author interviews, fitness, nutrition, unique products for women, cool gadgets, high-tech toys and important product recalls. You don’t have to be a “Mother” to be a “Posh Mama”. Come hang out with me at www.poshmama.com”.

Christy at Christy’s Coffee Break gave me this very kind award:

Isn’t that sweet? I’m going to pass this award on to all the awesome ladies I am chatting with at the same time as I am typing this post and watching American Idol, because that’s how good of a multi-tasker I am, the lovely gals I call mah betches, the MamaPopTalk AI chatters. You make me feel like I belong somewhere, *sniff*. And I’m not just saying that because we also drink while watching AI together or anything :)

So that’s my way of spreading a little sunshine around the internets instead of dumping my problems all over the page. How are all of you? Hmmm?
