I bet you aren’t sitting on your couch, having just put your two year old daughter back to bed after she woke up with a diaper full of, well, diarrhea. Oh yes! It was beyond the capabilities of a handful of baby wipes. I had to do a bath, followed by combing out her snarly hair and lotioning her dry legs, getting her back into a clean Pull-Up and pajamas, then get her settled back to sleep.
And they say the life of a stay-at-home-Mom is all bonbons and soap operas.

Thankfully I’ve passed that stage but of course even when they are older and sick they still need looking after & cleaning up after.
Hopefully you got some rest during the day.

It’s terrible when the kids are sick and we have to handle special situations during the night. I had a few of those but more with vomiting. I hope it’s nothing serious…

It’s really hard for mothers when their child is sick. Whenever my son is having an asthma, I can’t help but saying “I wish it was me instead of him”. You can see how he suffers from hard breathing, but thank God he already surpassed that sickness. It’s been almost a year that he was not attacked by his asthma.
My son was lucky enough because he never been into diarrhea until now. His stomach is quite that strong. But of course, I’m still taking precautions.
