Not really Wordless Wednesday

I’m just thrilled out how many people have already entered my Reddi-wip and Ben&Jerry’s giveaway! It’s so interesting to read all the different flavors of ice cream that people love. Oddly, plain vanilla doesn’t seem to be that popular. I like my ice cream to have lots of stuff in it :)

Kaitlyn came up to me this morning and said to me “I wanna get my ears pierced and get some earrings!” Um, okay? It’s not that I don’t want to pierce her ears, it’s that I don’t want to hear her cry when it happens! Maybe I’ll make my husband take her instead lol

We went to Kohl’s to return the so adorable but way too big Ked’s Mary Janes I bought, and I used the money to buy her a pair of are pretty much the girliest sandals ever-Disney Princess sandals with butterflies that LIGHT UP. Here they are next to my Target plaid slip-ons, which I love to the point of silliness. Notice how my shoes are barely twice the size of hers. I have Elf Feet:

One last photo-I realized I hadn’t shown all of you how long my hair is now. My husband, who is the world’s best husband and father, by the way, asked me one thing-to grow out my hair. So I did. What do you think?

Your hair looks great! My husband would like for me to have long hair too, but I can’t stand it when my hair is long, I can’t style it!

Thanks Lynne! I’m lucky I guess that I have thick hair, it used to be completely straight until after I had Kaitlyn, then it suddenly became wavy :)

I love your hair - it looks great long! I wish I could wear mine down like that but it’s so thick nowadays that it poofs out way too much.

Hmm, I might have to check out Kohl’s for sandal shopping this spring - I know a few little girls who’d go nuts over those light-up princess sandals! :)

Deb-thanks! Those sandals were $14.99, which seemed to be the price of most of them. Pretty affordable considering they came from Kohl’s and not Wal-Mart.

Your hair looks really good long. My husband throws a fit every time me or my daughter get our hair cut more than an inch, but he isn’t the one that has to take care of it :)

Love the hair. My hair is really long, last time I cut it it was down to my butt (ok, in reality it doesn’t take that long to get there i’m only 5′0″ lol) and its almost there again cause I haven’t cut it in a year, my hubby loves it long, its just a pain for me.

My daughter would love those sandals!! They are really the Princess type she likes.
You look great. I also have long hair but it’s very thin and need some coloring, white hair is growing fast. Yours is fantastic!!
