Every parent should have their child registered for the service. I also think it's wise to give kids cellphones. I know there is some debate on the matter, but really, it's only a matter of time before every person has a wireless communication device on them at all times during the day. Why not take the initiative and provide more security for your child when you are unable to be by their side? There are so many strange people these days with mental sickness and other motives that I couldn't even begin to explain. This is a very, very good idea.
