Start a coffee drip, stat

I am SO TIRED. Chris is in Toronto, and you know what? It’s HARD WORK being the only parent to three kids. You single mothers, I am in awe of you. You should all get medals and parades and free housecleaning for life.

I was up until 12:30 am watching this movie Pathology with Milo Ventimiglia from “Heroes”, Alyssa Milano, and Michael Weston who I recognized as being on this season’s “House” as House’s private detective/friend for hire. So let me just warn you- if you rent or buy “Pathology”, not only should you not watch it with kids in the room, you should wait until they are sound asleep or out of the house to watch it. Because “Pathology” is GRAPHIC, people. It’s about medical residents studying to be pathologists, those are the Doctors who look at dead bodies to determine unusual causes of death.

Not only are there extremely graphic scenes of autopsies and well…other scenes with dead bodies, but there is sex. Lots and lots of SEX, and not just the two people under the covers and a flash of skin type of movie sex, oh no. There is a whole lot of completely naked people having sex, and if I didn’t know that movie sex is fake, I would think the actors were really going for it. And they have a whole lot of really LOUD sex, which is why your kids shouldn’t just be in a nearby location.

Is it a good movie? Yes, it’s well-acted and meticulously crafted, the set design is unbelievable, and the plot is compelling, I wanted to see what was going to happen and how it was going to end. But it is most definitely an adult-viewers only type of movie, I’m just letting you know that right up front.

J-L: well, I didn’t want someone to come back and say I didn’t warn them! LOL

  3. I also believe that it’s not suitable for kids so we really need to let them sleep first before watching it.

  4. Better to watch this movie with your love partner or with your friends.

  5. Kids are not allowed to watch this movie. It is a good idea to watch with your partner.
