Remember when I posted about applying for the IZEA Insider position? Well, I’m happy to announce that I was chosen as one of the 10 Insiders, and one of the requirements of the job is putting together my very own IZEA Crew! I’m still working with a designer on an official logo, but I can tell you the name of my crew:

W00t!! Part of my job requirement as an IZEA Insider is to build a Crew of bloggers who will use the social media/networking site SocialSpark for both networking with other bloggers and exploring blog monetization options. Becoming a member of my SparkBlogger Crew will mean getting the benefit of my years of blogging experience as you build your blog(s), increase your brand awareness (yes, your blog is a brand, and it needs to be nurtured), increase traffic to your site and to your individual posts, find ways to reach new readers, find opportunities to get paid to blog without compromising your values, and most of all, it will mean having fun!
Right now I am looking to sign up my first 50 SparkBloggers. If you think you will be interested, please sign the Mr. Linky below. I’d also like you to go to SocialSpark and on the top right, click “get started”. You won’t be obligating yourself to do anything right now, but you’ll have your account ready for when the Insider program goes live on January 1st. I’ll be doing my best to make it fun for everybody, so I hope you’ll consider joining my Crew!
