edited to add:Â I wrote this post last Wednesday at about midnight and thought I published it. Because I couldn’t get an internet connection at BlogHer, I had no idea the post was saved as a draft until I checked my blog last night at a party with working computers. Sorry for any confusion!
I leave tomorrow morning at 7:30 am and drive northwest to meet up with Diana. We drive an hour west to pick up Deb, then head to Chicago!
Our first stop is the offices of t-shirt company Threadless, who not only invited me to come for a tour but said “sure” when I said by the way, can I bring two more people? From the look of their offices, it’s going to be a fun visit!
From Threadless we drive to the hotel. Deb and I and my roommate Lisa have a meet-up with Mom Central, then another one with the BlogHer Carpoolers. From there, Lisa and I are going to dinner with Team Mom/Child’s Play PR at an Italian steakhouse called Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush.
Back at the hotel, Lisa and I are planning to stop by the People’s Party, the MamaPop Party and the Room 704 Party. By then I think we’ll be all partied out
Friday I have my volunteer job during lunch, afternoon break and during the evening cocktail party. I also have an interview on BlogTalkRadio, an event with EA Active at the House of Blues, and another event with Nikon at a restaurant called Flatwater. With special guest Carson Kressley!
Back at the hotel we’ll try to make it to the Type A Mom party, the MamaPopRocks party, and the CheeseBurgHer party. Followed by collapsing in bed.
Saturday I have lunch with the Tide/Bounce people book s

Very exciting news! I’m happy for you and I hope you’ll have a great time!
I had tons of fun! I’m glad I got to meet you!
Hi, just wanted to say that it was so great meeting you at BlogHer and glad you were able to make it to the dinner! Hope the rest of your trip was great.
Wow! you were busy every second!
I never heard about BlogHer until I saw a short piece about it on PBS. I had no idea there were so many blogs like that.
It appears the big companies (like P&G) have quite an interest in these types of blogs.
So I smiled at you going toward the elevators from the lobby and didn’t even say hello, thinking I would probably run into you again. Whoops.
