One of the drawbacks of being a big tech family is that we have too many remotes. TV, DVR, Blu-Ray Player, Amplifier, Xbox, plus a so-called "Universal" remote that doesn't even control everything any more. My husband has all of our home theater components all hooked together, so in order to watch one thing, we have to use separate remotes to control the channel on the TV, the volume, the component itself. Jakks Pacific’s Lucky Bee Bee at the Teen Choice Awards
I've been lucky to work with Janis from Jakks Pacific on several review campaigns both on this blog and on MomReviews, and she always seems to know just what products my daughter will love the most. JAKKS Pacific attended the KIIS FM Teen Choice Awards Gift Lounge on Friday, August 7, 2009 at the W Hotel in Westwood, CA and gifted their new Lucky Bee Bee Bracelets to top celebs like American Idol's Jordin Sparks and Twilight's Ashley Green, as well as Style Six Gem Decorators, and a MARBS Marvel 1 of 500 Captain America Exclusive. Remember Candace Cameron from "Full House"? Here she is with her son Matt, with their hands full of Jakks goodies! The truth is, I like spending time alone. Always have. I go to movies alone, I go to restaurants alone (as long as I have a book or magazine to read), and occasionally, I like to hang out at home alone. And my husband knows that. After 24 years together, he's become an expert at knowing … [Read more...]
