Qtpies7-I agree, my grocery store never gives me $1.00 off seafood coupons. I save a lot of money by buying what’s on sale and shopping at Aldi as much as I can, but the best I’ve ever done is about $80 for one week, and that didn’t include extra gallons of milk during the week.

FishyGirl- I agree with your comment. Her pantry stockpile seems to mostly be boxed pasta meals. She wasn’t shown buying anything fresh at all, and there’s no way she’s getting enough produce to meet the RDA for 6 people with $4.00 a week. Too bad the news piece didn’t address that.

I would love to do that, but that doesn’t work for fruits and veggies and most meats. I have never seen meat coupons like that before.
