Author: Elizabeth

Subway Employee #1- “I need to put up the sign with our hours for Christmas Day.”

Subway Employee #2-”Are you going to spell it ‘Christmas’, or ‘Xmas’?

Subway Employee #1-”Um…both?”

Awesome.

That is sooooooooooo hilarious to me!! I think so many people are unsure of how to handle that whole thing though. So that Subway sign speaks to the mass confusion during the holiday season. It’s funny, and a social commentary at the same time! I love that!! Happy New Year and God bless.

What an interesting pun! But I think that sense of Christmas day doesn’t change much because of changing the spelling.
