This giveaway is closed. Congratulations to the winner, @llinda29 !
In 1992, the United Nations held a Conference on Environment and Development, and one of the items on the agenda was recommendations regarding fresh water resources. Based on those recommendations, The United Nations General Assembly designated March 22 as World Water Day.
It’s hard to believe that in this day and age, an estimated 1.1 billion people are still forced to rely on unsafe drinking-water sources. Therefore the theme of World Water Day 2010 is focusing on raising awareness of water quality under the theme “Clean Water for a Healthy World”.
In support of World Water Day, True Lemon®, the makers of crystallized lemon, lime, and orange flavor packets, wants to encourage everyone to drink more water. And, if you prefer your water flavored, try their flavor packets that have all the juices and oils of fresh fruit, without any mess or spoilage. True Lemon®, True Lime™, and True Orange™ can be used to flavor water, tea and other beverages, sprinkled on salads, vegetables or meats, or combined with your favorite sweetener to make a refreshing drink.

my tip for drinking more water. Make water easier to drink my always keeping a pitcher filled with water in the fridge

I find that I drink more water if I use a straw, keep it really cold and put in some citrus juice.
Keep a pitcher in the refrigerator.
Super cold water bottles – plastic or reusable, just depends on what’s handy/clean at the time. Also always take water with me in the van or to the park for me and the kids. Comes in handy for when we’re thirsty, or when someone needs a scrape washed off, or whatever.
I’m convinced that true natural water can’t be replaced by any other kind of drink, such as juice or even green tea. We need these drinks but we need water as well.
I have cups that hold a certain amount and so I always say we have to drink at least 3 cups a day. I try to squeeze in some fresh lemon or lime in the water, also.

I keep water bottles in the car so when we are driving around we have something good to drink.
I try to keep cold water bottles on hand at all times. The tap water in our town ius very good so we also drink and cook with that.
I DRINK MORE WATER WHEN THE WATER IS COLD
I buy the boxes of Wyler’s Lemonade packets to add to their water botles and the kids drink about 6 bottles each of water a day.

If you have it handy you will drink it so keep it nearby.
I have different colored straws that they can pick from to keep it fun, which they can only choose from if they are drinking water. Also, ice seems to make it more fun!

I keep a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator. Always ready, cold and clean tasting. Sometimes I add a splash of fruit juice.

I keep a pitcher in the fridge. We all have our own bottles that we use in the car and when we bike-the boys do drink alot of water
I always have a bottle or pitcher of water on my desk at work just to keep myself hydrated all the time. Sometimes I am so neck deep in work I tend not to realize that I haven’t had water for like 4 hours until lunch break comes. So with water within easy reach on my desk, I wouldn’t even notice that I’ve consumed the whole bottle or pitcher. =D

I find that if I keep a glass on my desk and a refillable container with me when I’m not at my desk that I will drink water. I have just realized that I am not drinking enough on weekends so I am trying to become more aware.
That is good point. Drinking water is very important for everyone, athletes, business people, and crazy mom’s (me) Also a very interesting thing that I have found selling homes is how much of a deal people will make over well water. Really. Anyways sorry for the ramble. – drink water!
We bring water with us when we are outside and only order water in restaurants (saves money too!). Flavored mix-ins also help me to get more water- thanks!

I drink more tea. I add just a touch of fruit juice to water. I put dried fruit in water, wait until soft, then blend to get the flavor. I do not like plain water but just a touch of taste can make me drink a whole glass down.

I use a filtration pitcher and flavoring aids (drink mixes, etc).
Water is the only option at meals, and everyone grabs their water bottles when we head to the car.

I do flavor my water with Hi – C flavors but I doubt they are natural. So this would be better for us.
My family gets a lot of water by drinking iced tea.
keeping water in the fridge where it’s cold and easy to grab makes us drink more
A BIG cup, I like to finish things, so I pour a huge glass of water and I’ll finish it!
I mix a bit of grape juice or herbal tea to flavor the water. Thanks.
I always carry my fun, portable, stylish bottle with me; that works well!

I think my trick for drinking more water is only keeping water in my dorm room in place of any other sorts of drinks.
Adding ice to all my juice plus adding half water to it and mix.
Our family is already full of water drinkers. It’s our number one drink. But I do like a bit of flavoring such as these products to give it a hint of taste. Thanks.

When I leave the house, I have a tendency to drink less water. Now I fill up two 1 liter stainless steel water bottles with water before I leave the house, and bring them with me. By the end of the day, the bottles are empty and I’ve gotten my eight glasses in. It’s the convenience of HAVING the water with me that makes it doable.
Thanks for the giveaway!
