Better for BlogHer Continues with Healthy Choice

A few weeks before BlogHer, I was contacted by a PR person on behalf of Healthy Choice about participating in a challenge called "Better for BlogHer". Healthy Choice sent me enough coupons so I could swap one usual meal a day for a Healthy Choice frozen meal instead. BlogHer is over, but the challenge continues until October. It's been just over a month since I started swapping Healthy Choice frozen entrees for going to a fast food place for lunch.  I'm spending less money because I'm not going out for fast food, and I don't have that heavy feeling in my stomach either.  I feel like eating Healthy Choice entrees for lunch instead of burgers and fries is helping me have more energy throughout my day! I also like the fact that I can recognize everything in a Healthy Choice entree.
