Welcome to Friendly Friday!
Thanks for joining the Friendly Friday celebration hosted by Xenia at Thanks, Mail Carrier, Christi at Frugal Novice and Charla at Healthy Home Blog! We invite you to join us every Friday to make more friends in blogville, get more blog followers and follow other great blogs out there.
To join in the Friendly Friday celebration, include your family-friendly link in our list, follow the hostesses in the first 3 spots and then start blog hopping! Visit other blogs on the list and comment to give them some blog love. Then take a minute to follow them through Google Friend Connect – this is a good way to keep up with other blogs, but also lets us show support to each other! NOTE: My Google Friend Connect badge is in the sidebar, and I will follow back! Please DO NOT list your giveaways here, links must be to either your homepage or your Friday posting with your blog title. All others will be deleted.
When people comment on your blog and let you know they’re a part of Friendly Friday, return the favor and follow them back. This way everyone gets traffic and followers out of participating, and it’s a win-win situation. If you’d like to post our Friendly Friday button on your blog or in a post, grab the link code at Thanks, Mail Carrier - the more bloggers that find out about Friendly Friday and participate, the better!
Remember, YOU can host the link list on your blog, too! Just get the InLinkz code from the link on any of the hostess blogs each Friday and copy it directly into your post. The code is different every week, so be sure to get the new code when hosting Friendly Friday on your blog. Hosting the list is a great way to get even more traffic to your blog and make Friendly Friday more beneficial for everyone!
Happy Friday, everybody! After a week of 80+ degree temperatures, the weather has cooled down, which is a relief. It’s nice to open windows and feel the Fall breeze sweep through the house!
The purpose of Friendly Friday is to stop by your friends’ blogs, follow them on Google Friend Connect if they have the widget, and leave a comment letting them know you stopped by. If you are following me for the first time, and you have the Google Friend Connect widget on your blog, please mention that in your comment so I can visit you back and follow you, too!
Also, you may notice when you leave your comment that you now have more options. That’s because I installed the CommentLuv Premium plugin, which means regular commenters, those who have had at least three approved comments, are now seeing ten posts to choose from to link to under their comment, and can now have three Keywords after their name – like how I use Elizabeth @ Table for Five in my comments. If you haven’t yet had three approved comments, you’ll just be able to leave your first name until you’ve had three.
Comments are also DOFOLLOW for approved commenters, which means that link to your recent post gets followed by Google and counts as a backlink from my blog to yours! Blogging for me is all about community, so the ten approved posts and the keywords after your name, and the DoFollow, those are just one way for me to say “you are important to me as a reader!”
Thanks again for stopping by Table for Five today, hope you all have a great weekend!

Hi Elizabeth! I love your blog so far! You’ve just earned yourself a new fan. My blog is new so please stop by. I’m trying to grow a business with 3 year old twins under foot, a very talkative 8 year old, and a grown kid (aka hubby) lol. I’d appreciate any support you can offer and I promise to come by and leave some kind words as time permits. Thanks doll.
