That's a LOT of stores, people. And the Wiki part of the title? Just like it says, the site combines web-crawling technology with consumer-written wiki (like Wikipedia, but not affiliated). So, let's say you are expecting a baby and you are ready to shop for a Car Seat. Type that into the ShopWiki search bar and you'll get back 12, 164 results. Yikes, that's a lot of reviews to read. Refine further by defining Baby Car Seats, and that narrows the results down to 268. Okay, that's a little easier, but still a lot of pages to go through.
