
I can't believe my baby is five today! She's right at that age where she still seems like my little peanut, and yet I can see how quickly she's going to grow, and mature, and be independent. *sniff* She has this look in her eyes now...this wise look: My parents had an early birthday party for her at their house on Tuesday, my Stepmom is really good at decorating and putting everything together so it's special. Without any input from me, she bought Kaitlyn the perfect gifts, too. A new sparkly red dress, a Spongebob watch, a Care Bears movie, and an Arthur computer game that teaches preschool math. Plus a pinata in the shape of a Disney Princess castle and a whole lot of balloons, and a birthday cake frosted in pink! I let her have chocolate chip waffles and chocolate milk for breakfast this morning, then later we are going to bake chocolate cupcakes.
